Choudhry’s development experience consists of mixed-use schemes in Saudi Arabia, master plans in Qatar and Grocery Anchored retail and self-storage in the USA. Choudhry has over 20+ years of experience gained with multiple family offices, JLL, Qatar Diar and development firms. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois – Urbana and MS in Real Estate from Roosevelt University. Choudhry is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
