About This Project
A 53-story tower poised to become a defining landmark on the Nashville skyline. Rising from the heart of SoBro, steps from the convention center and Broadway, 319 Peabody pairs 405 hotel rooms with 104 branded residences. Nashville is adding 100 residents a day, yet has no branded luxury tower of this scale. This project fills that gap.
