Daniel oversees all aspects of DAC's developments, including land acquisition, financing, entitlement, design and land planning, construction, and ultimately leasing and management. He started his career at Amos Financial, a family investment office, where he rose to become VP of Operations for a fund managing over $300 million in real estate and related holdings. Since leaving Amos Financial to start DAC, Danny has developed or is currently developing over $650 million in projects. Danny holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois (Cum Laude) and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Adam oversees all aspects of DAC's hospitality and luxury residences developments including sourcing acquisition opportunities, concept planning, entitlement, design, financing and managing relationships with DAC's hospitality and branded residences partners. Adam's background includes real estate, media and technology. Prior to joining DAC, he founded Yella, Inc, a technology company at the intersection of location technology and retail.

Choudhry oversees firm and project level financing, capital raising and reporting efforts. His development experience consists of mixed-use schemes in Saudi Arabia, master plans in Qatar and Grocery Anchored retail and self-storage in the USA. Choudhry has over 20+ years of experience gained with multiple family offices, JLL, Qatar Diar and development firms. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois and MS in Real Estate from Roosevelt University. Choudhry is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

David leads DAC's Project and Program Management for its urban high-rise developments. During his 40+ year career, he has been responsible for successful delivery of more than 150 major, high-profile programs and projects totaling nearly 100 million square feet. A nationally and internationally recognized expert in high-rise buildings, his notable work includes leading the design phase for The Shard in London and Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia.

Omar is an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive with 20 years of experience in startups, management, and fundraising. He co-founded Vytalize Health, the first in-home primary care service for seniors utilizing telemedicine, which has raised $400 million and generated over $4 billion in revenue. Omar joins DAC Developments as an investment advisor, leveraging his global network to enhance the portfolio pipeline.

Antoine oversees acquisitions and strategic pipeline development for DAC. He brings more than a decade of experience in project management, growth marketing, and operations. Prior to joining DAC, Antoine spent eight years at Workiva, a publicly traded platform, where he was part of the executive leadership team that rang the opening bell at the NYSE during the company's IPO. Antoine holds a BS from DePaul University and an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal.

Chanelle leads brand development, communication, and design strategy at DAC Developments. She oversees design direction, strategic marketing initiatives, and the growth of DAC's cross-platform digital presence. She holds a Master's degree in Design from Northwestern University, specializing in Content Strategy.

Haitham manages general contractor budgets and timelines and serves as the primary on-site contact for DAC's suburban projects. He successfully delivered DAC's 321-unit, $100 million Uptown 500 project. He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan and a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai.

Jake specializes in the asset and property management of DAC's multifamily developments and stabilized properties. With 10+ years in real estate, he most recently managed over $300 million in assets at Bonnie Management Corporation. Jake has a BS in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and an MS in Real Estate from Roosevelt University.

Karin is responsible for keeping books for all of DAC's development projects and office overhead.

Burt is a registered professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in planning, design and construction engineering. In his previous role as deputy commissioner with the City of Chicago's Department of Water Management, he was responsible for programs totaling over $600 million annually. He holds an MBA from UIC and a BS in Electrical Engineering from UW-Madison.

Suheil manages the land planning and civil engineering aspect of DAC's suburban projects with over 45 years of hands-on design experience. He has served as Chair of the Urban Planning Division of ASCE, Illinois Section and has developed numerous projects in the greater Chicagoland area.

Nick has 25 years of experience constructing high-profile, complex buildings throughout the Chicagoland area. Known for his team leadership and problem-solving skills, Nick has delivered world-class quality including the Art Institute's Modern Wing and the University of Chicago's Logan Arts Center. Having spent over 20 years at Turner Construction, one of the largest general contractors in the United States, Nick has led numerous projects through preconstruction, construction and closeout.

Michael assists DAC's purchase and sale, construction, financing and leasing transactions as general counsel. He has over 35 years of experience in all phases of real estate transactions. He previously worked at a large downtown Chicago law firm as a partner. Michael is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois with a BS in Political Science and Economics from Northern Illinois University and a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law.

Frank has a successful track record growing organizations within financial and operational functions. He has participated in the acquisition and management of over $150M of multi-family residential apartment communities in the Chicago MSA. Frank holds a BA in Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
