A 53-story hotel and residential building — which would rank as Nashville’s tallest skyscraper if standing today — is being eyed for SoBro. According to a document filed with Metro, the planned tower would rise at 319 Peabody St., which offers 0.35 acres and a small brick building housing Peabody Corner Food Court and the 0.61-acre 504 Fourth Ave. S.
Updated Renderings Revealed For 424 South Wabash Avenue In The Loop
Additional renderings have been revealed for the upcoming hotel project at 424 South Wabash Avenue in The Loop. Earlier this year, we covered the initial demolition work for the project. We now have a closer look at what the new structure will look like. The project is being led by DAC Development and Initium Development, based at 2600 N Clark Street.
