Known for his team leadership and problem-solving skills, Nick has delivered world class quality on his projects in the cultural and institutional markets, including the Art Institute’s Modern Wing and the University of Chicago’s Logan Arts Center. Having spent over 20 years working for Turner Construction, one of the largest general contractors in the United States, Nick has led numerous projects through preconstruction, construction and closeout. Working closely with owners and design teams, he has consistently exhibited a commitment to the highest possible quality of construction. His extensive experience has made him well versed in cost estimating, permitting, scheduling, planning, procurement, and conducting feasibility and constructability studies.
