MICHAEL SREENAN
General CounselMichael assists DAC’s purchase and sale, construction, financing and leasing transactions as general counsel. He has over 35 years of experience in all phases of real estate transactions. He previously worked at a large downtown Chicago law firm, where he was a partner. He has also worked with real estate developers on commercial and residential real estate transactions as well as real estate litigation. Michael is a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois. He received his BS in Political Science and Economics from Northern Illinois University, and his JD from the University of Illinois College of Law.
